About the Founder

President and CEO Message:

Hi!  Thanks for visiting our site!  My name is Tammie McQuain. I am the President and CEO of Angel Watch, A Baby Sitting Company.  I am excited to be able to bring a much needed service to the community where families can trust and feel confident with our sitters and know that the sitters are taking great care of their angels.

I come from a family of educators; therefore, education has played a significant role in my family.  I have two Bachelor degrees and a Master’s degree.  Both undergraduate degrees are in education.  My Master’s degree is in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.

I love children and find them to be such sweet little angels.  Throughout my life, I have always worked with children. As most young women, I grew up baby sitting for families in my church or in the community. As I became older, I found myself tutoring students in reading through college programs, coaching high school basketball teams, as well as coaching private basketball lessons.  The improvements in the child’s progress are so rewarding to see and being able to provide a positive environment for a child in which to excel, continues to motivate me to want to continue to work with children.

The vision of, Angel Watch, A Baby Sitting Company, is to give back to the community and provide a safe and respected company that can offer a dependable service that parents can rely on while at the same time providing a positive, fun and educational experience for children.
