How Do I Reserve a Sitter?

Any time you need a sitter, please call us, email us or log onto to our website and click on our Services page to submit your request.  Let us know the date and times of your sitter request along with your contact information where we can reach you.  As soon as we set up your Angel Watch Sitter, we will contact you to confirm the reservation.

How Soon Should I Book My Sitter For a Job?

It is always a good idea to book your reservation as early as possible.  This allows more time for us to find you a sitter.  You will receive a call and/or email confirming the reservation request within 24 hours.  Our goal is to find you a sitter within 48 hours from your booking date.  However, some bookings may take a little longer.  Once we have found your sitter, you will receive a call and or/email confirming the perfect sitter for your angel.

Are Your Sitters CPR Certified and Can I Trust Them?

Sitters are CPR/Infant and Child and First Aid certified

 Each candidate goes through an extensive interview process, which includes finger print scans and back ground checks.

 Four non-family references are used to carefully screen each sitter.

 Letters of reference are available to parents upon request.

What Are The Areas That Your Baby Sitters Are Available For?

Our sitters are available in the San Diego and North County areas.

What If I Have to Cancel The Job?

The credit card on file will be charged if the appointment is cancelled prior to the appointment:

Less than 48 hours:  $25

Less than 24 hours:  $72 (4 hour rate fee)

What If I Return Home Sooner Than The Scheduled Time?

You are responsible for the fees for the entire scheduled time.

What If My Child Is Sick?

You will need to cancel your Angel Watch reservation.  Our sitters will not administer medicine of any kind.  Cancellation fees may apply.

Do You Have Any Customers That I Can Call For References?

Of course!  Please call us for the customer reference contact information.  Also, you may visit our website and click on the Customer Satisfaction page.

Do You Offer Full-Time Baby Sitting?

At this time, we do not offer a full-time baby sitting service.  Most of our sitters work other full and part-time jobs or are in school.  In the event that this is a service that you are interested in, please call and we will do our best to find a sitter that meets your needs.
