Parent Application Process

 Reservation Form: Angel Watch Sitter On-Line Reservation is for advanced reservations only.  For services within one week, please call our office – 877-60-Angel or 619-649-0374.

 Credit Card payment: (on-line- will be charged prior to service*)  Includes all fees that may apply (hourly/weekend rate, service fee, travel fee)

 Check List: (on-line) - Must be done at least 2 days prior to booked reservation.

 Parent Contract Form: (Will be emailed once reservation is booked) – Must be signed and received at least 2 days prior to booked reservation.

 Sitter Service Contract Form:  (Sitter brings this to each service contract performed for a signature of completion)
